Greg Drab
is owner of Advantage Personal Training in the Old Mystic Mill Building.
Greg has his Masters in
Exercise Science, is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist,
a Health Fitness Instructor, and has worked for the American College
of Sports Medicine.
Advantage Personal Training provides one-on-one training with an intimate
professional atmosphere. There are no gym fees. In fact, you can only
work out in the gym with a trainer. Greg and the other trainers at
APT work with a variety of people, from star high school athletes to
women suffering from osteoporosis.

People utilize Personal Trainers for a multitude of reasons and time
periods. Teaching programs of 3 to 4 sessions are a good way to get
your workouts off the ground. To achieve the best results, people train
in 4 to 6 week programs two to three sessions a week.

Master equipment, a full line of free weights, treadmills, life cycles,
and medicine balls in two large workout rooms", Greg says. "I have
five other certified trainers who work with me, and the studio in the
back of the mill presents a beautiful waterfront view."
