To lose body fat, you have to do low intensity, fat burning exercise.

FALSE: To lose fat, you have to create a calorie deficit for the day. You can do this by adding exercise of any type, eating less, or combining the two. Just be sure that at the end of the day you have eaten fewer calories than you needed! That way, you’ll dip into the stored body fat and burn it for energy.
