“As a former high school teacher I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals of all ages and abilities. I am able to simplfy things and demonstrate proper techniques that will help you achieve a high level of personal fitness. Whether you want to improve your 40 time or go down a couple of dress sizes, I will work with you to design a program that fits your needs and gets results. I work with individuals or groups. 30 minute or 60 minute sessions are available.”

Availability: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8-4 PM
