"Personal Training drew my attention about 2-1/2 years ago when I started working for Advantage Personal Training. I have always been physically active ever since I was a teenager. This particular profession seemed to be my strong point due to my interest in aerobic and resistance training. Personal Training is a great way to get people to lose body fat, achieve muscle tone, and maintain a healthy body weight. My main focus is not only to demonstrate the proper form and techniques to resistance training, but also to maximize client's exercise programs.
