Linda Nenninger is certified by the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S). She is American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. She is a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association. Linda's discipline and commitment to her clients' fitness goals will make workouts with her challenging, invigorating, rewarding and fun because of her outgoing and high energy personality, wanting you to come back for more. "I believe that being physically active is one of the most important things you can do for your body. Exercise is essential for mental as well as physical well-being. I decided to go into the field of Exercise Physiology to promote the importance of an active lifestyle and help others obtain it by sharing my knowledge, both the scientific knowledge and from first-hand experience. I enjoy power walking, roller blading, cycling, swimming and weight training in my daily life. As a trainer, I hope to show my clients that your mind had no idea what your body is truly capable of accomplishing. "Being fit is a way of life that makes you feel good. It's that simple. It's important to remember that excellence in fitness is a journey, not a destination. Moderation is key and balance is a must! Always have fun while working hard toward a goal -- and KEEP SMILING!" Linda's wide-ranging experience in fitness over the last 18 years includes certification in personal fitness training and she is constantly broadening her knowledge in the ever-changing world of fitness. Linda currently trains individuals who have had gastric-bypass surgery. She speaks at various support groups and has been seen on cable TV speaking about the importance of exercising. Linda continues to pursue public speaking. Benefits associated with Linda's plan include: improved health, fat loss, weight loss, toning and a greater sense of well-being. Linda gets 100 percent results by focusing on a balance of: strength training (to increase metabolism and muscle tone), cardiovascular training (for weight loss, health benefits and stress reduction), flexibility (improves overall performance and reduces risk of injury). "Sculpting your body is a combination of dedication, consistency, and intensity."
