- B.S. Physical Education/Exercise Science Being physically active and my willingness to help others had me pursue a career in personal training. It's a career that combines both these attributes into one. Exercise is a natural, safe, and effective prescription. Not only does exercise help build muscle and burn fat but it also prevents/treats heart disease, colon cancer, breast cancer, hypertension, diabetes, etc. These benefits produce positive effects that can and will change one's view on life both mentally and phyically forever! My passion and interest for fitness has been my driving force to help motivate others to reach and maximize their goals. My main focus when working with a client is based on the DIME principle. D - demonstrate the proper mechanics and techniques to weight training. I - incorporate exercises that will help strengthen the muscles of the body, improve cardiovascular endurance, correct muscular imbalances, and improve flexibility contributing to better overall posture. M - motivate clients to maximize their potential to the fullest. E - educate clients to the best of my ability in order for them to understand what it is they are doing and why it is important. "Remember, exercise is for life! I personally believe you get what you put in." Anyone can build the body they desire, as long as they are willing to put forth the effort day in and day out. If you are really and truly willing to change your life, then you should consider working with a personal trainer as soon as possible! Make the change now! Make it for life!
