- Certified Group Exercise Instructor, American Council on Exercise
- Certified Spin Instructor, MADD DOG Athletics
- CPR/AED Certified

- Collegiate Athletics: Volleyball, Track & Field, Strength & Conditioning for Sports & Body Building
- Group Exercise Instructor Experience: Spinning, Yoga/Pilates, Group Strength Training, Core Conditioning, Cardio Kick Box, Step

Speciality Areas:
- Weight Management, Functional Flexibility (integrating yoga/pilates into everyday training), Sports Conditioning, Interval Training, General Fitness.

Availability:
Thursdays & Fridays 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
