Getting Started With Us
What’s it like getting started with Advantage Personal Training?
First, we will discuss your goals, health history and how Advantage can help you. Next, we will perform a movement screen to better determine if there are any “weak links” in your movement skills and identify how to address them. The assessment is immediately followed by an initial workout. This workout, coupled with the movement screen, will help us determine the right level of training to begin with.
It is our goal to be efficient in your improvements, NOT just make you tired or sore. Finally we will recap the results, explain the findings, and establish an exercise schedule.
