PERFORM THE FOLLOWING CIRCUIT 3 TIMES
Push Ups x 10
Touchdown Squats x 20
Mountain Climbers x 20 each leg
Lateral Lunge x 10 each leg
Plank with Hip Slap x 10 each side
Jumping Jacks x 50
